Carrara, the city of marble par excellence, has always catalyzed the attention of national and international artists, for the value of the marble of the Apuan Alps, the expertise of the workers in the city, the excellence of the artisan workshops.
For the past several years, its history, culture and excellence have been infused with additional life and modernity by White Carrara, the festival that celebrates the Made in Italy design and exalts the city and territory as an ever-evolving creative hotbed, involving the entire historic center, with sculptures, installations and events dedicated to sculpture in all its forms, to photography, film and other art forms.

White Carrara is promoted and produced by the Municipality of Carrara in collaboration with Internazionale Marmi e Macchine CarraraFiere SpA, in joint participation with the Chamber of Commerce Toscana Nord-Ovest, with the sponsorship of Tuscany Region and the support of Fondazione Marmo.
